Melanie Delaroche

Passionate about youth leadership and refugee rights, Melanie Delaroche has a proven track record in developing creative communication strategies that mobilise communities and support advocacy and fundraising objectives. Melanie's dedication to amplifying the voices and stories of people with lived experience echoes Phosphoros Theatre's commitment to co-production and radical care. With a six-year background in diverse communication environments, Melanie is looking forward to contributing her skills to support Phosphoros Theatre and members in shaping narratives around asylum and migration, and increasing audience engagement. She is currently Doctors of the World UK’s Communications and Engagement Manager.
